This is an English-language summary of the Política de Privacidad above, provided for the convenience of non-Spanish-speaking users. In the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
This Privacy Policy has been drafted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and the Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).
Through the forms available on the Website (contact, franchise and careers), Z&Co. collects the name, e-mail address, subject and message provided by the User, in order to respond to enquiries, franchise information requests or job applications.
Z&Co. does not directly handle orders or payments made through Glovo, Uber Eats or other platforms linked from the Website. Personal data provided to place an order (including payment and delivery data) is processed by those platforms as independent controllers, under their own privacy policies.
Through cookies and similar technologies (see the Cookie Policy), information about the User's browsing on the Website is collected for statistical and audience-analysis purposes (Google Analytics).
Z&Co.'s premises (Carrer Balmes 79 and Guillem Tell 38 in Barcelona, and Calle del Acuerdo 31 in Madrid), all of which are directly operated by Admiral Alimentos, S.L., are fitted with CCTV. The footage is processed to safeguard the security of customers, staff and the premises, with a maximum retention period of one month unless it needs to be kept for the investigation of a specific incident. The required notices are displayed at the entrance to each premises in accordance with Spanish data protection guidance (AEPD).
Personal data will be kept for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, and afterwards for the legally applicable limitation periods, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. Certain providers access the data as processors (for example, the Website's hosting provider and the analytics provider), with whom Z&Co. must have the data-processing agreement required by Article 28 GDPR. The Website is hosted on the Webflow platform and uses Google Analytics as its web analytics tool.
Some of the providers mentioned above (including Google LLC and Webflow, Inc.) may be located outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer must rely on one of the safeguards under Chapter V GDPR (for example, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses).
The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time, in writing to Admiral Alimentos, S.L., Carrer Balmes, 79, 08007 Barcelona, Spain, or by e-mail to info@zandco.es, enclosing a copy of an identity document.
The User also has the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if they believe their data is not being processed in accordance with the law.
Z&Co. has implemented the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk of its processing activities, in accordance with Article 32 GDPR.
Z&Co. reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy to reflect legislative or case-law developments. Users are encouraged to review it periodically.
